We want you to enjoy your food. If something is wrong, tell us.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. We cook in small batches, so after that point we may not be able to refund the food cost.
Something wrong with your order
Contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with a photo if possible. We will refund or replace.
Missed collections
If you do not collect within your slot and do not contact us, we cannot refund the order.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
